A Few Important Notes: this guarantee only applies to credit or debit card purchases made using pa:nuu's secure server. This guarantee covers a maximum liability of EUR 50.00. In the event of unauthorised use of your credit or debit card, you must notify your card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

Return Policy

As a customer, you can return your order within 2 weeks, this periond begins at the moment the goods reach you. You don´t have to give any reason for cancelling your order. Simply send it within the time period back to our warehouse at the following address:
